Services: Horse riding in the Sintra Mountains

The purpose of our Experience is to create a magical equestrian moment that embodies Sintra and all its charm.

  • 90 minutes Trail

  • 3-hour Trail with Pic-nic ( Experienced only)

  • Picnic to enrich the experience (Local products: Tapas, pastries and wine)

  • Botanic Workshop on Horse with Pic Nic allusive to the Theme

  • My experience with Aida and Tomas was amazing! The horses are absolutely wonderful and it was so fun to try riding with traditional Portugese tack. You can really tell that the hosts care deeply for their horses and that the horses are extremely well cared for. The picnic enjoying some local treats and wine was lovely and it was so nice to chat more with Aida and Tomas and exchange stories about our cultures. The views are wondeful and I'd highly recommend for a relaxing, easy day trip from Lisbon.

  • Amazing experience horseback riding through the Serra de Sintra with my girlfriend! Riding through the middle of the woods surrounded by such beautiful nature felt truly magical. We loved every minute of it and would absolutely love to do it again. Highly recommend!

  • We had such an amazing time with Aida and the horses. The trial ride starts next to the stables and it’s like trotting through a fairytale, in the distance you see Sintra’s historic buildings and all the while you are surrounded by nature. The horses are well looked after, many of them rescued and rehabilitated. It was our absolute favourite day of the summer, we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!!!
